Cancellation Fee 2025

Your friendly 6month reminder.

Ladies please read this notification regarding our cancellation policy for 2025.

This is your official notification that any cancellations made within 24/48/72 hours of an event start time will incur a cancellation fee of $20pp depending on event,depending on venue, noting that some venues actually charge $50pp per cancellation.
Cancellation Fees will always be stated in the event blurb if applicable.

Please read all event notes thoroughly before you rsvp to an event.

Take particular care when you add yourself to a WAITLIST..Cancellation Fees still apply to waitlists and it is YOUR responsibility to monitor your rsvp on the waitlist NOT MINE.

Why?

• Sometimes venues charge fees
• Another Sparkling lady is declined a spot
• Early cancellation is preferred to a no-show
• The venue is expecting a certain number so they hold space for us
• The venue is expecting a certain amount of revenue from a booked large group.
• Last minute cancellations can be bothersome to me as a shift worker

Overall I'm hoping this policy will reduce the inconvenience to me, venues, and those on a waitlist, that last minute cancellations sustain.
