How can we benefit from prioritizing the needs of nondrivers?
Liveable Kirkland invites you to a discussion with low-vision parent and author Anna Zivarts, Director of the Disability Mobility Initiative at Disability Rights Washington. About 30% of Washingtonians don't have a driver's license. When city planners center the needs of involuntary non-drivers, there are benefits for everyone! After the talk, there will be time for questions and socializing.
