Julia suggested this hike and she (or Elisabeth) will lead it.

Get ready for an exhilarating adventure! 🎉 Join us for a lively (2.5 - 3 mph) hike, starting from the Parker Mill parking lot and journeying to the enchanting Matthaei Botanical Gardens 🌸🌿.

Then, we will visit the orchid show 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 (free entrance) and turn around.

If you're not into orchids, we could make a second group that will check out the beaver dam on Flemings Creek, etc.

We'll be walking along mostly paved paths for about 5-6 miles, so expect to be on your feet for about 2 1/2-3 hours.

A friendly reminder: This is a real walk! 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Wear long pants and bring water and a snack 🍎💧. We'll trek rain or shine, but thunder may cause a pause ⛈️. Stay tuned to this page for any last-minute weather updates.
