AAA is going back to Winter Slovakian Tatras!
Come to enjoy walking in the snow, winter silence and snowy mountain landscapes. Every day we will walk 6-10 km exploring the Tatra mountains - the smallest mountain range in the world with an alpine character, but still pretty fascinating.
We will be based in a ski resort so you can decide to spend the day on your own and hit the local slopes. 1-day skiing will cost you around £49 (includes ski rental and ski pass).

Pick up at Poprad at 11:15 after the Wizzair flight on 23/01.
We can fit in an extra visit to Vrbov spa, massages; snow walk &/or cross-country skiing. Check out restaurants for dinners & local speciality - Tatra Tea in Flame, see photos ;).

LOCATION
We are based in Štrbské Pleso, at 1,355m, flanked by the Tatra Mountains and set by a namesake lake ski resort village. With its picturesque mountain lake of glacial origin - a top tourist destination in the High Tatras.
SIGHTSEEING
We will visit Stary Smokovec, Ice House with illuminated ice sculptures in a dome & Tatranska Lomnica.
Thermal Spa
We will visit Vrbov thermal pools one afternoon. The natural hot geothermal water has healing effects.

9 Transfer to Tatranska Lomnica for a cable car ride to Skalnate Pleso at 1751 m for stunning views & a stroll around a lake.
