It's pure balance using hands, feet, and all the rest of your body... And no other equipment - just another person!

Why should I give it a try?

It will make you realise how strong you naturally are! With the right tips you'll be able to hold people on your feet and make them fly. It will make you stronger with your legs, arms and abs, will help you to conquer the fear of being upside-down and it will improve your balance! But most importantly... It will bring you self-confidence.

AcroYoga is a unique, non-competitive way to exercise that focuses on inclusivity, accessibility and lifting each other up, literally! You'll make new friends and laugh a lot. Most of all you'll feel like a kid again, this is the heart of AcroYoga, fun!
