"The whole world is a stage..."

This workshop is open to Helsinkians who are interested in exploring the fundamentals of performing and speaking on stage and on camera — and learning how to use them in everyday work life.

We say this is not an acting class because the goal of is not to prepare for a career as a professional actor; it's about building confidence and expressing yourself more effectively in daily life.

So we will do some basic exercises that professionals do:

• physical and vocal warm-ups,
• improvisation activities,
• script readings,
• building a mindset for preparation and collaboration,

but we will use them as tools for personal growth and improved interactions in everyday life.

And we will have fun!
