Whether you like to hike, dance, swim or play Pickleball, this class is the perfect supplement to your active lifestyle. Balance, agility, strength and flexibility are all KEY to healthy aging, yet, "If you don't use it, you lose it." Come practice with us!
Bring a yoga mat if you have one (or you can use one of ours). It is also recommended that you participate barefoot (grippy yoga/pilates socks are OK too).
