Sleeping Giant - Hamden

GPS: 200 Mt. Carmel Ave., Hamden. Take Route 10 north or south, and turn onto Mt Carmel Ave. Meet .2 miles on left across from Quinnipiac University.

NO KIDS - NO DOGS - NO SNEAKERS, Wear hiking boots. Buffet Lunch after each hike. Hike starts at 9:30AM sharp, please arrive at 9:00AM. Hike will last approximately 2 hour. Singles Only 30s-70s. For those of you new to Active Singles, please check-in with Charlie upon arrival (baseball cap and bright colored shirt).

We hike at four different group levels:
Social: 3 to 4 miles
Moderate-Intermediate: 4 to 5 miles
Advanced: 5 to 6 miles
Expert: 6 to 7 miles

Lunch immediately afterwards at 12 noon at IL GUSTO restaurant, 286 Maple Ave., Cheshire. From Sleeping Giant, turn right onto Mt. Carmel Ave. and then turn right onto Rt. 10. After you see Dunkin' Donuts on the right, turn left onto Maple Ave. Go past the church on the left and then the firehouse on the right. IL GUSTO (the old Waverly Inn) is just past the firehouse.
