What we’re about

We are a health-conscious group of individuals who want to stay active. We will plan light-to-moderate level activities for everyone 50 and over, such as walking, pickleball, dancing, volleyball, badminton, bowling, etc. As we get to know each other, we can exchange ideas and stories regarding health and wellness issue successes and challenges. This group is open to individuals 50+ or anyone who would like to hangout with others interested in staying or getting healthier, and having fun and making friends.
