What we’re about
Hey! We're Hannah (30) & Jess (32) and we've both recently been diagnosed with ADHD.
Navigating an ADHD diagnosis can be tricky, and with so many resources out there it's difficult to know where to start.
This is a monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a drink & a natter :)
Members must have ADHD or suspect they have it. Self diagnosis is also valid - we know how gruelling the diagnosis process can be!
We will eventually be operating solely operating through the websites, please ensure to follow us so you don't miss out.

What can you expect?
This is an informal, monthly meetup to give adults with ADHD the opportunity to meet likeminded people in a relaxed and friendly setting. Feel free to come along and share your ADHD experiences, discuss resources & day-to-day adjustments, or even just have a drink and a natter.
What time will the event be running?
Our ADHD Connect Sunday Social will be taking place from 1pm - 3pm on Sunday 15th December 2024.
There's no pressure to arrive at 1pm or stay until the very end - feel free to come and go as you please.
If you can't make this particular event, we'll be holding monthly Sunday Social meets on the third Sunday of each month, at SipSin Liverpool.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
Where should I go when I arrive?
We’ll be in SipSin Liverpool - a sober curious bar in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The venue is step free and accessible throughout. We'll have small ADHD Connect signs on the tables, so you should be able to spot us, but if you're unsure just ask at the bar.
How much will the event cost?
The event is £3 per person. Please buy a ticket here before you arrive. We also have card machines, if you would prefer to pay when you arrive. This will cover future event costs and any surplus will go back into the business, and enable us to host more events in the future.
If you'd like to come along but are out of employment, or the cost is a problem, please email [email protected].
