Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath!

Please join us for this restorative yoga class and sound bath that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all levels. Restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on longer holds, stillness, and deep breathing. We will end our movement practice & enjoy a 20 - 30 minute reiki-infused sound bath during Savasana.

The intent of this class is to give you the space to connect with your mind, body and soul.

The CREATRIX is located at 2480 S. Main Street, Suite #100. Please bring yoga mat, a block, and a bolster and/or blanket if you have them. If you don't have your own, there are some at the space for use.

Cost for class: $15

Please plan to arrive 3-5 minutes early to set up your mat and get settled. The class begins promptly at 7:00 PM.
