LIGHTS ON THE LAKE WALK - ONONDAGA LAKE PARK

Join Sig and myself on a walk on Onondaga Parkway to view the holiday lights display along the lakeshore (to and from the Salt Museum, approximately 4 miles). We will meet at Willow Bay Picnic area (off Longbranch Road) at 3 p.m. Change: We can carpool from Wegman's James Street (bear to left). We would meet there at 2:15 p.m. only if we know that you will come to that meet spot.
We want to be timely in starting the hike as the park is closed to foot traffic as of 4:30 p.m. to prepare and allow for the Lights on Lake car traffic. Signage is posted to this effect. We can walk on the other side of Longbranch Road from the Syracuse Orange Boathouse to the Dog Park and back if more distance is desired. The trail here remains open as not part of the lights display.
