💙 Community Support Request: Help Needed 💙

Hello fellow group members,
Disclaimer: Asking for support, one human to another.
Note: Asking here is taking every ounce of strength and courage I can muster right now. I really hope you understand this is out of necessity.
I’ve been struggling significantly in multiple areas of my life, especially recently. People who know me know how resilient I am—I’ve endured so much, yet here I am. There is an incredible amount of chaos around me, even in this moment, yet I’m not in despair. But I do feel alone—not because I don’t have people around me, but because the weight I’m carrying is burying me deeper and deeper with every step I take. I can’t do this alone. I need help. Real, tangible help.
So, I’m reaching out to the community I built, hoping you may see me as part of your community—that you’d be willing to help.
I’ve been struggling with severe breathing issues that leave me gasping for air. Last night, I stopped breathing three times in 1.5 hours. I’m completely depleted. There’s not a single part of me that isn’t screaming to curl up and hibernate. I’ve given everything I have to keep going, but I can’t do it anymore—definitely not alone. At some point, I have to stop living in pain and suffering.
What would life-saving help look like right now?
If anyone has even a little capacity, here are some practical ways to lighten my load:

• Taking Toffee (my dog) out for a quick walk (recurring).
• Trimming Milo’s (my cat) nails.
* Brushing Toffee’s teeth.
• Finding and booking a carpet cleaner.
• Replacing my HVAC air filter (I already have the filter).
• Looking up doctors and making appointments for me.
• Any other small task you can take off my plate.
  Even one tiny act of support would lift part of the weight off my shoulders.
