**ITINERARY**
**DECEMBER 27**
**DAY 1- Travel Day**

1. Fly into Phoenix, Arizona, rent a car, and drive to Saguaro National Park, check into hotel

**DECEMBER 28**
**DAY 2 –** **Saguaro National Park**
· Douglas Spring, Bridal Wreath Falls, Three Tank - Enjoy this 7.3-mile loop trail near Tucson, Arizona.

**DECEMBER 29**
**DAY 3 – Saguaro National Park**
· Check out of hotel
· Hike the King Canyon, Sendero Esperanza, and Gould Mine Loop Trail- This moderate, 2.4-mile (406 ft elevation gain) hike takes you through the middle of the breathtaking King Canyon.
· Hike the Signal Hill Trail and view petroglyphs- The petroglyphs in Saguaro National Park were created by the Hohokam people. The Hohokam people are technically considered to be a Native American group, although it is clear that they also have strong ties to ancient Mesoamerican cultures, including the Aztecs and Mayans. (.3 miles, 36 ft gain)
· Drive 5 hours to White Sands National Park area
· Check into hotel near White Sands

**DECEMBER 30**
**DAY 4 - White Sands National Park**
· Check out of hotel
· Alkali Flat Trail – 4.4 miles
· White Sands Backcountry Trail – 1.7 miles
· Interdune Boardwalk - .4 miles
· Drive 3 hours to Guadalupe Mountain National Park
· Check into hotel in Carlsbad NM

**DECEMBER 31**
**DAY 5 – Guadalupe Mountains National Park**
· Guadalupe Peak Trail – 8.1 miles, 3,000 ft gain
· Return to hotel

**JANUARY 1**
**DAY 6 – Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns National Park**
· Hike Devil’s Hall Trail – 3.8 miles (Guadalupe)
· Drive 30 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns National Park
· Hike Old Guano Trail to White’s City Trail – 7.5 miles, 780 ft gain
· Return to hotel

**JANUARY 2**
**DAY 7 – Carlsbad Caverns National Park**
· Check out of hotel McKittrick Canyon Trail to Hunter Line Shane Trail – 7 miles. 456 ft gain
· Drive 4 hours to Big Bend National Park
· Check into hotel near Big Bend

**JANUARY 3**
**DAY 8 - Big Bend National Park**
· Lost Mine Trail – 5 miles, 1,131 ft gain
· Santa Elena Canyon Trail – 1.6 miles, 219 ft gain
· Return to hotel

**JANUARY 4**
**DAY 9 – Big Bend and Travel Back**
· Check out of hotel
· Hike the Window Trail – 5.5 miles, 961 ft gain
· Drive 4.5 hours to El Paso International airport
· Return rental car
· Fly back to Bellingham

**TRIP COST**
The cost for attending is $1,399 per person. This price covers shared hotel accommodations at luxurious 3-4 star resorts, ensuring comfort and quality during your stay. Additionally, a premium SUV rental is provided for convenient and stylish transportation throughout your journey. Comprehensive trip planning and coordination services are included, taking the hassle out of organizing your adventure. Enjoy guided hikes led by experienced professionals, enhancing your exploration of the natural beauty around you. Assistance is available throughout the trip to address any needs or concerns. Please note that airfare is not included in this package.

**REFUND POLICY**
Refunds will be issued only if a replacement participant can be found for your spot. Please note that a $99 nonrefundable deposit fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within one month of the trip start date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

RSVP to the waitlist and the host will reach out to you to discuss the details, cost, and overview for the trip, and to ensure needed fitness levels for the trip. The attendee max for this trip is 5 and payment confirms your spot.
