Grasmere Gingerbread Walk Lake District by Adventure Solos

This walk starts and ends in walk, and we pop by the Gingerbread Shop to stock up before the walk ends at an iconic Lake District pub in town.

The Gingerbread shop in walk is a must-stop shop in the Lake District.
​The walk is around 5 miles (8km) and ascends up Lord Crag to give us views over Grasmere and Rydal Water.
The walk takes around 4 hours.

We walk at a steady pace for this hike; a moderate level of fitness will suffice. ​​
