We will be hiking the trails at WeekiWachee Preserve. The preserve is 11,206 acres.

Start Time: We will meetup at 10 am.

Trail description:
There are multiple loop trails. The shortest is 4 miles. While the longest loop is over 7 miles. We will decide which loop we choose when we meet. The trail is mostly flat but can be rocky. There are also a few hills. We will take breaks as needed. Some areas are cleared but there are areas with high grass. The trail is mostly well kept. The trail can be quite deep, expect a longer hike than a typical park in a city. There are few benches and they are very far in-between. There is not much shade. There are a lot of beautiful spots near lakes that make great rest stops.

Restrooms:
There are only portable restrooms in one location and it is not the beginning of the trail. There is a big plaza with a Walmart practically a minute nearby the Preserve entrance on rte 19.

What You need:
\- Make sure you use the restroom before attending the hike\.
\- Appropriate clothing for the weather
\- A hat is recommended to keep the sun from beating on your head\.
\- Sunglasses \(optional\)
\- Plenty of water \(multiple bottles\)\, food and snacks\.
\- Backpack \(to carry water and food\)\.
\- Hiking boots or shoes with thick bottoms to protect your feet from getting sore because some parts of the trail can get rocky\. There might be mud\.
-If tall grass bothers you don't wear shorts.
\- bug spray
-If you have allergies please take appropriate precaution: tissues, allergy medicine, etc
