REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR THE GREAT GATSBY HOLIDAY TASTING BENEFIT FOR MEETUP MEMBERS ONLY!

DATE: Friday, December 6th
TIME: 6 – 9 PM

EVENT FEE: $15 Per Person. Cost of event is to cover expenses for live music and decorations. No refunds for cancellations.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Alright, all you guys and dolls, put on your best threads and bring your cheddar for this swanky speakeasy affair, complete with a lively swing band in the first hour, a silent auction and posed holiday photo opportunity.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Mr. Gatsby doesn’t allow just anybody to attend his infamous wing-ding. You must be dressed in your ritziest glad rags, complete with ice and marbles.

HOW TO ENTER:
A password is required to enter to avoid getting nailed by the Fuzz. The password will be provided once via MeetUp. So, pay attention! Any goons without the password will need to either hoof it or impress or bribe the doorman (All bribes must be in cash only and will benefit our fundraiser.)

WHAT TO BRING:
This party is sure to be the bees knees. No phonies, goons, or bootlegging hooch here! Just respectable dames and fellas with the best juice and bubbly will be allowed to this cat’s meow! For allowing you access to his establishment Mr. Gatsby also requires you to provide the tastiest applesauce. To help you impress him I have provided a few links below.

SILENT AUCTION:
Be sure to bring the dough to spend on our silent auction benefiting both the Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC) and the Texas Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Some items auctioned will also benefit the Hays County Child Protective Board as well. We have approximately 18 silent auction items ranging from excellent wine, wine gadgets, accessories and books. We can accept CASH, CHECK, ZELLE and PAYPAL (Please use the friends and family option when paying.) You will be able to bring your item home that night.

REGISTRATION:
If you are not yet a member of Aged to Perfection on MeetUp, please do not request membership or attempt to register for the event until after noon on Friday, November 22nd. This allows our current members the promised full two-day lead on registration for any event. We will make a separate announcement on FB when/if additional registration is open.

Members who have outstanding dues will be moved to the waitlist and notified to bring their membership fees current before being confirmed to attend should they attempt to register.

VOLUNTEERS:
Before anyone dusts out, we need the following volunteers for this event.
· 4 greeters will be needed for this event to assist guests with their wine and potluck dishes as they check in.
· 6 clean-up volunteers for this tasting event are needed at the conclusion of the tasting.
