What we’re about
DFW Agile Community of Practice (CoP) focuses on sharing knowledge, collective problem solving, and providing a networking forum for agile practitioners in the DFW area. This includes anyone interested in, working in, or impacted by developments in the area of Agile/lean practices, principles and techniques in Agile product/project management, and business agility.
The objectives of this group are:
1. To support the growth and development of true business agility, product development, and effective development organizations.
2. To connect industry practitioners to help raise and solve challenges we are facing in our teams, and organizations
3. Promote understanding of the practices and tools that can help our organizations be successful.
4. Increase level of engagement both inside and outside the community of practitioners.
