🎄Master Conflict Conversations - under and beyond the Christmas tree 🎄

Christmas season can be super relaxed and peaceful: strolling through the Christmas market, relaxing on the sofa with a cup of tea, baking cookies, lovingly preparing presents for family and friends and enjoying the first snow. Wouldn't there be so much potential for conflicts at the end of the year, such as responsibilities, preparations and errands: What do we actually eat on Christmas Eve?, family get-togethers ending up in political discussions, decision making under time pressure at work before the year ends...

As we wrap up the year, we're excited to offer a Christmas special edition of our Meetup series. This time, we're focusing on a crucial aspect of collaboration: conflict resolution.

Effective collaboration requires a good conflict culture. And a good conflict culture needs both individual skills as well as meaningful formats for regular peer feedback and 'conflict hygiene'. Developing those takes time and needs attention.

But no matter where you personally stand with your conflict skills, no matter how your company's conflict culture looks like, there is a very simple method that can help you to conduct conflict talks in a more relaxed and successful way.

For our last session in 2024 we'll have a guest speaker again. Lyn von der Laden, an organizational psychologist (M.Sc.), collaboration coach and consultant with a special passion for self-organized collaboration, agreed to share the method mentioned above. She will apply a workshop-like format and enable the group to practice the technique together.
