As a closing event of the year, we are wandering onto high seas with Sandor Hibsch. We will be looking at why it matters that (as Russell Ackoff put it) a system is not defined as a sum of its parts, but rather as the product of the interactions of those parts. We will explore together how events happening on the surface will be the result of systemic structures and mental models that create those structures. Hopefully, with your help, we will discover how we can use that knowledge to bring about true change in the organization.
