Welcome to Agile MK Meetup!
Agile MK is a vibrant community of Agile enthusiasts, practitioners, and business leaders who come together monthly to share, learn, and grow in the field of Agile methodologies. Based in Milton Keynes, we provide a collaborative space where individuals at all stages of their Agile journey can connect, exchange experiences, and explore ways to improve their organizations' ways of working.
Who We Are
Our members come from diverse backgrounds, including technology, business strategy, product management, HR, and beyond. Whether you're a seasoned Agile Coach, a Scrum Master, Product Owner, developer, or simply curious about Agile, you’ll find like-minded people passionate about creating positive change.
What We Do
Our focus is on fostering an expert, supportive, and active community to empower Agile practitioners and businesses in Milton Keynes and beyond. We do this through a variety of activities, including:
- Workshops & Training Sessions: Practical, hands-on workshops that tackle key Agile concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Panel Discussions & Guest Speakers: Engage with industry experts and thought leaders who share their insights, challenges, and experiences.
- Unconferences & Club Nights: Member-driven sessions where attendees set the agenda, choosing topics, games, or lightning talks for deep-dive discussions.
- Networking & Social Events: Build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and collaborate with peers across different industries.
When We Meet
We gather monthly for face-to-face meetups at Aiimi, our usual venue in Milton Keynes. Our sessions typically run from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and are designed to be engaging, interactive, and packed with value.
We choose to meet face-to-face rather than virtually as we believe that in-person interactions foster deeper connections, richer conversations, and more collaborative learning experiences. Face-to-face meetups create a unique energy and sense of community that is difficult to replicate online, allowing members to form meaningful relationships, exchange ideas more fluidly, and collaborate effectively in real-time.
