See all- Ethical Dilemmas for Program Leaders and Delivery ProfessionalsNRI, Melbourne
Project professionals are experiencing an increasing number of difficult ethical choices as the pressure to deliver stretch targets and committed results pushes people to challenge their ethical boundaries. What happens when meeting deadlines conflicts with delivering a safe product? How do you handle a senior executive demanding a status change or omissions from a key report to protect their reputation? Or when the pressure to reduce costs comes at the expense of being able to deliver the work?
In this interactive MeetUp, experienced program leader Peter Moutsatsos will delve into the complex world of ethical dilemmas in project management—what is it, why does it occur, what can be done about and how to prepare yourself for it. Through interactive discussions and examples, we will explore causes and strategies to support you as project and delivery professionals navigate this ethical dilemma.
Join us to challenge your thinking, learn from an industry leader, and leave with some extra tools to add to your toolkit to handle ethical challenges in your own projects.
Given the sensitive nature of this topic - this entire event will operate under Chatham House Rule and there will be no recording or hybrid attendance.
