I’m Nicole, 🌞 35 years old, Italian and based near Orvieto! 🇮🇹

I have created AirBodyFlow which is my way to travel around: experiential travels including friends, meal, drinks and tradition, that help to connect again with yourself, with the others and with nature.
For this I use forestal therapy or breathing or simple step meditation 🧘♀️, talks with others and interactions.
