Many of our problems and difficulties arise from our unbalanced mind towards others. These unbalanced minds, lead to unbalanced and awkward, uncomfortable relationships that in turn affect our peace of mind. How can we think about others in a balanced way? A way that keeps our mind warm, smooth and comfortable?
Buddha taught that we are all capable of developing a mind of equanimity by thinking about others with wisdom. This will open us to experience a smooth, balanced mind and warm heart for all living beings.
