Hey, A.K.W.A.R.D Mamas! If you’re looking to meet new friends, get active, and have some laid-back fun, join us for a casual walk at the local track. We’ll start with a 10-minute stretch, enjoy a nice walk, and finish up with another stretch session. No pressure—just a relaxed space to connect, move, and unwind.
Event Schedule:
- Stretch (10 mins): We’ll begin with some light stretching to warm up.
- Walk & Talk: Walk at your own pace while chatting with fellow mamas.
- Cool Down Stretch (10 mins): End with a relaxing stretch to ease those muscles.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Yoga mat for stretching
- Water bottle
- Yourself (and your awkward vibes!)
