Beginners and Recreational Open Play Session (Alameda)

Open play session for recreational/beginner pickleballers. Please also sign up with Playtime Scheduler app to see other scheduled open play sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED BEFORE OR DO NOT KNOW THE BASICS OF PICKLEBALL, please attend an Intro to Pickleball class (a different posted Meetup event) before attending this open play session. As a courtesy to the players attending this session, intro lessons are not given during this open play time.

If you know the basics of pickleball or just started playing and would like an opportunity to meet other beginners and recreational players and practice your game playing, come and join us. There will be experienced players on site to assist with game playing and answer questions you may have.

Please reach out to Jean if you will need to borrow loaner paddles to ensure there will be one available when you attend. Wear tennis shoes (court rules). Bring water, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses.
