Good Inside Parenting Book Club

Join us for a Book Club on "Good Inside: A Guide to Becoming the Parent You Want to Be". In this book, Dr. Becky covers parenting strategies robust enough to tackle your biggest challenges, but simple enough to remember. I love her compassionate, caring, yet sturdy approaches. Her podcasts are amazing too.

I'm thinking the book could covered in 3 meetings, unless people want to move on quicker. We will focus on speaking to the first 5 chapters. If you're able to read those great, if not still feel free to join.

We'll be meeting at a park, so kids can play while parents connect.

My child is two, though parents of any age children are welcome to join.
