Twixmas Murder Mystery Walk and pub.....Matlock Bath & Cliffs
Details
That weekend between Christmas and New Year when you wish the relatives would disappear and the dog is in ya favourite chair....Twixmas.
Get some fresh air, exercise and a bit of fun with some friends on a weekend amble with a difference.
"The local swim attendant, Duncan Under, has been found floating in the river Derwent....police suspect foul play and have put together a list of suspects but need outsiders to help water down the list"
Meeting at Midland Pub next to Matlock Bath train station, the walk is just under 2 miles and should take 1.5 hours to complete. Its easy walking with a few inclines and downhills. Nothing done in a rush and along the way we are shown some points of interest while picking up clues and eliminating suspects! Naturally, we will finish in a pub for a chinwag and a breather.
So come on then, get ya warm coats and gloves on with some comfy shoes and join us for a break from the norm and a bit of mid Christmas frivolity. Canines welcome. Trains run from Derby/Notts and Ambergate. Car parking available at train station car park. Car share available from Langley Mill & Codnor en route.
