Do you want to make new friends or simply need a push to establish a routine to improve your physical condition? Join us for the Cardio Walk that should take place every week weather permitting.
As running is not for everybody health-wise, we need to look for alternatives that would be healthy for us regardless of our age or physical condition. "Walking on an incline involves extra resistance than jogging and will engage your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves and even your core to maintain good posture. The higher the incline, the more of a strength workout it's going to be." Adding the Santa Barbara stairs to the incline, it is a perfect location to work on our fitness while spending time in a lovely company and seeing all the amazing views Santa Barbara has to offer.
