What we’re about

This is an all
Level, non judgmental, mindful
Yoga class. Everyone is encouraged to listen to their own bodies and do what what feels good to them. Breathing cues as well as tips on form are offered throughout class. We spend the last 10- 15 minutes of class in Shavasana pose, meditating,reflecting and offering ourselves some time and love.
This is a donation based class, so give what you can but don’t let finances keep you from class.
