The RWG Community has designed a training program specifically for ladies new to jogging or looking to get back into running

🏃 RWG Running Coaches Roaa and Mariam will work with you to get to ready for February 8 (Riyadh Marathon)

🎽 Wear comfortable sporting clothes and running shoes. Bring a towel for post run stretching and water.

Challenge your cardio fitness and see if you can walk 5km within an hour on our Tuesday Al Nahkeel Mall walk.
