Spring Break Machame Route Kilimanjaro Expedition (5th Round) - 9 Days Expedition
Join Alpine Trekkers on an epic 9-day adventure to conquer Africa's highest peak via the scenic Machame Route!

Why Machame Route:
This is probably the most beautiful route up Kilimanjaro. With a lovely gradual ascent through the forest, you emerge to see wide views of the moorland on Shira Plateau, Kibo and the Western Breach. The Machame route is also known as the 'Whiskey' route.
About 50% of all climbers, and most seasoned climbers, choose the Machame route. The Machame Route climb can be done in a minimum of six days (5 nights) on the mountain.
However, we recommend taking seven days (6 nights), for better altitude acclimatisation. The trek begins at Machame Gate, located in the Southern base of the mountain, which is just a short drive from Moshi.
Why Choose Alpine Trekkers?
- 100% success rate with our unique strategy and experienced leader.
