Join Yoga Instructor Shelly Parcell every Saturday 9:30 am - 10:30 am in the Reception Garden behind the house, for a gentle Yoga Flow class.
$10 drop-in with AVBG Membership $15 without. Bring a yoga mat, water, and sunscreen.

Bring a mat (some are available to borrow), this is a gentle flow class and suitable for all ages and levels....no previous yoga necessary.
We meet in the Reception/Rose Garden behind the house.
