Join us for a peer lead group tailored specifically for First Responders. You will have the opportunity to learn effective self-care strategies to manage your own mental health and prevent emotional exhaustion in your work and personal life.
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or simply seeking to connect with like-minded individuals, this group aims to create a supportive space for personal growth and self-care practices. Take this time to prioritize your well-being and connect with others as we share experiences, resources, and tips for maintaining a healthy life.
We will start each week with a topic, followed by group discussion and ending with a 15 minute guided meditation.
