It's located on 52 N. Main St, off Main St, Middletown, just before heading over the Portland bridge. It looks like an industrial building, beneath an underpass. Enter through one of the side doors that will be labeled "Free Center".
Close to a CT Transit Bus line, with a stop right across the street.
