Join Altrincham Barre/Pilates with Stark School of Dance for classes combining elements of ballet barre and pilates. Whether you've taken classes before or are a beginner looking to improve your fitness level, this class is designed to cater to all levels. Our experienced dance teacher will guide you through a dynamic session that will tone your muscles, improve your flexibility, and boost your overall well-being.
Class format:
Warm up, stretches and pulse raisers
Mat work, core strength exercises
Barre work, LAB focussed with Ballet exercises
Mat work, holding positions focussing on breathing and alignment
Cool down, stretches and breathing to centre.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, water and a smile. We have onsite parking outside the front of the church. Enter using the small entrance, right of the church.
