Spend the morning in the beautiful Dundas Valley!

This intermediate hike is about a 13-16 km trek. It’s not a very technical hike, but you should be able to maintain up to a 4-4.5 km/h pace, and you should be reasonably fit because it definitely has some heart-pumping hills, lots of rocks and roots, and of course, lovely scenery!

Weather/trail conditions can vary so please check here the morning of the hike for a notice from me in case of cancellation, postponement, or change of venue. I typically post any changes by 8:00 am.

**BE SURE TO…**

* dress for the weather
* wear appropriate footwear
* bring a snack and enough water for up to a 3.5 hour hike

**Please be ready to start hiking by 9:30.**

**SOME INFO ABOUT GUESTS**
