Name: ADVANCED - Sanctuary to Sawmill and beyond loop - 14K

Beginning at Sanctuary Park (see map) we'll take the rail trail briefly to Sulphur Springs Trail. We'll work our way east and north to the Trail Centre then north again to and beyond Sawmill Trail. We'll return via John White Trail and then the beautiful Spring Creek Trail north of the rail trail back to the parking lot.

We'll try to maintain a 4.5 kph pace with anticipated elevation gain of over 200 m.
Distance: 14 k
Pace: 4.5 kph
Time: 3.5 hrs including break
Trail conditions: Typical Bruce Trail hills, rocks, roots and lots of fun

Check the weather ahead and dress accordingly. I'll advise of cancellation if heat, precipitation and/or wind are excessive.

**CONCERNING GUESTS**
\- must be 18\+
\- must be able to complete up to 14k in distance and up to 400 metres of elevation at an average pace of 4\.5\+ kph
\- must complete waiver found at https://forms\.gle/dsAYL5U72bfefxqYA
\- only their first event with Always Hiking is free: if they wish to join us again $and we hope they do\!$ they'll need to become a member\.
