The Haudenosaunee deer harvest has kept us away from the 3 sisters section of the Headwaters Trail - now we can resume our hikes there.

This hike is not a long hike BUT there are some very big hills to challenge you - we'll aim at an average pace close to 4.7 kph depending on trail conditions and the overall elevation gain will be close to 310m.

With some luck we should be back at our cars around 12:15 - I'm hoping you will join me 5 minutes up the road for a snack or lunch :).

We'll get a great workout (11k, 310+m, 2.75 hours, 1200+ Cals) and see some great nature. I hope you can join me.

**CONCERNING NEWBIES & GUESTS -** Must be 18+, above average fitness and used to hiking up and down steep hills. Walking for long distances on the flat does not count!

I love animals but no dogs please - this will be an issue for some hikers.
