This one has some great elevation with twists and turns. You'll get a great workout and have the option to take shortcuts if needed. We'll seek out some mean hills as well as some great nature before collapsing exhausted into our cars :). Hopefully we'll finish with a snack or lunch at a nearby Fortinos.

• Distance, Elevation - 11 km, 350 metres elevation gain
• Our Pace - about 4.5 kph depending on trail conditions
• Duration -2:45 - 3 hrs. including breaks

**If you are new to our group -** Must be above average fitness and used to hiking up and down steep hills. Walking for long distances on the flat does not count!

Also, I love animals but no dogs please - this will be an issue for some hikers.
