AFF Annual Family Potluck and BBQ

Details

This event is available to AFF Paid Club Members and their guest(s).

IT IS IMPORTANT TO RSVP FOR THIS EVENT AS WE NEED AN EXACT COUNT OF PEOPLE COMING SO WE KNOW HOW MUCH FOOD TO PROVIDE.

Our annual potluck is at the Mokelumne River Day Use area below Comanche Dam. Here is a Google Maps pin to get you there:

Instead of having our normal member meeting, let's have a potluck dinner where the whole family is invited! Start gathering at 5 pm. We will eat around sixish.

Joe Hadsell, an active member of AFF and BBQer extraordinaire, will again be pulling in his rig and is cooking BBQ chicken and beef for the whole group, along with garlic bread and beans! The board has voted to allocate funds for the fixens’, and Joe is providing his rig, supplies, time, and his expertise. Thank you Joe!

Your job is to RSVP for you and your guests so we have an exact count, and bring a side. Sides include snacks/appetizers, salads, veggie dishes, or desserts - your favorite dish to share. Plus chairs, table if you need, and your drinkage. The club will supply paper plates, napkins, Solo cups, and flatware.

When you RSVP, please scroll down to the comment section and comment on what side you are bringing, so others know what has already been taken.

If flows permit, show up early and fish the Moke. Rick Healy is pulling together a casting competition. We will supply the rods.

We are trying to make this the best Potluck ever. Help us out by RSVPing and showing up ready to have a great time! We all deserve it.
