What we’re about
A place to anonymously discuss difficulties at work. Living with daily tension is harmful to our mental and physical health. So consider this Meetup a place to reduce tension through sharing, listening and being inspired by like-minded peers.
Each session will follow a structured discussion on a specific theme. For example:
- Stress and burnout
- Unreasonable hours and/or pay
- A lack of recognition
- Difficult colleagues or managers
- Unhealthy workplace culture
Being optimistic helps us see new possibilities. So although our discussion will centre around difficult experiences, we'll also share tactics that have helped us in the past.
We are not a workers union or therapists. There will be no sale or promotion of any services. We are simply a group of empathetic adults who talk, listen and inspire.
