UX Monthly: Design for complex user environments

In this talk, Shir will share her learnings from researching and designing a new experience for the world’s biggest CRM. During the project, she and the team had to align the business needs, industry standards, and user expectations to create a new, fast, and smooth solution for salespeople. They also had to consider requests from thousands of users, each with different needs and use cases.

SPEAKER
Shir is a Senior UX manager at Salesforce. Previous to that, she led the design team at OverOps and worked with multiple startups and tech companies. Besides her work, Shir is the founder of Startup Designers, a design community with over 25K members, and multiple initiatives. For her work with the community, Shir was recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 2021. She moved to Amsterdam four years ago and surprisingly, doesn't know how to ride a bike.
