Who should join?
- yoga aspirants whether beginners or never practiced before and interested in learning meditation practices in a systematic and progressive manner.
- practicing Yoga for years, but missing the sustainable benefit of meditation practices.
- anyone regardless of religion, faith, nationality, gender, etc., and open to learning ancient meditation practices. Meditation practices will help you connect better with whatever faith and belief you may have or practicing.

What will you do at your events?
- Learn the concept and the art of Ancient Yoga Meditation, the Dhyan Yoga
- Learn how to prepare yourself for Meditation.
- Tools for effective meditation from ancient yogic and tantric texts.
- How to integrate practices into the daily routine
- 30-45 minutes of Meditation Practice

In these practices, you will learn how to quiet your mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase focus and clarity. Will guide you through various techniques and practices to help you achieve a deeper state of relaxation and inner peace.
