Annapolis Green Fitness kicks off our Saturday Outdoor Bootcamp. Open to anyone over 16 and to all fitness levels. This is an hour long highly organized high impact fitness bootcamp led by a professional personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Expect to run, lift weights and have fun exercising with a great motivating group. Free to all every Saturday at 7:00am Febuary 19th through March 26th.
Can't or don't want to run? No problem, alternatives to anything can be provided.
Please bring: water, a yoga or exercise mat, and a pair of dumbells. As this is an outdoor bootcamp exercise gloves and well fitted training/running shoes are recommended.
