Meet in front of Le Poseidon kiosk on Plage Ponteil for a 10km (mainly flat) route around the Cap. We'll go for coffee and snacks afterwards if you can stay. French and/or English speakers, residents or visitors, all welcome. We run in rain or shine and leave at 9am on the dot, so arrive on time!
