10km Run then coffee (5:30-5:45 Pace)

Meet in front of Le Poseidon kiosk on Plage Ponteil for a 10km (mainly flat) route around the Cap. We'll go for coffee and snacks afterwards if you can stay. French and/or English speakers, residents or visitors, all welcome. We run in rain or shine and leave at 9am on the dot, so arrive on time!

Can adjust pace and length of run to suit the group.
