8km Run then Coffee

Meet in front of Le Poseidon kiosk on Plage Ponteil for a 8km (mainly flat) route to Plage de la Garoupe and back. We'll go for coffee and snacks afterwards if you can stay. French and/or English speakers, residents or visitors, all welcome. We run in rain or shine and leave at 9:15am on the dot.

Can adjust pace and length of run on the day to suit the group.
