Welcome to our Anxiety Skills Group for anyone and everyone struggling with anxiety, stress, and the daily ups and downs of life. This group focuses on a variety of techniques including meditation, self-care, stress, and time management, along with other practical techniques to help manage anxiety, build resilience, and regain control. Our meetings also provide a safe space for sharing experiences and tips on managing anxiety, depression, insomnia, and panic attacks.
Led by an experienced Social Worker, it's a safer space for growth and connection
