We've rented Le Roi Daniels, an extra large gym, cost is $7 per event.
-six courts, and we will keep it at **28 people.**

**This event is for novice and intermediate players who have played at least a few times before. Levels 2.5 to 4.5. NO BEGINNERS**

**The cost is $7.00 per person, payable at sign up on the going list, by e-transfer to sportsabc99@gmail.com (PLEASE NOTE DO NOT SEND TO CATHY OR WENDY). MAKE NOTE IN ETRANSFER -** include date and time of event and name if different from bank info.

Costs cover any equipment expenses, pickleballs, insurance and the courts.

***WE NEED ABSOLUTE COMMITMENT FROM EVERYONE WHO SIGNS UP!***

\- If you have not paid within **24 HOURS of signing up for the event you will be moved to the waiting or non going list, no warnings will go out.**

\- There are no refunds/credits for cancellations\. If you need to cancel please contact someone to take your place FIRST from waitlist\, IF NO WAITLIST contact someone else you know\. Have person pay you directly and\, let them know they will be going as you\. DO NOT REMOVE YOURSELF FROM WAITLIST\.

\- If you are replacing someone going please remove yourself from the waitlist immediatly so others will know who they can contact if replacement needed\.

\- If you cannot make it and cannot locate anyone to take your place please move your name to the "not going" list\.

If you are on the waitlist and are moved to the going list you are committing yourself to show up, **PAYMENT IS REQUIRED within a 5 hour period, if not received YOU WILL again BE MOVED TO the WAITLIST. If you cannot attend** **UPDATE YOUR attendance to Not Going ASAP.**

We expect you to know the rules, be able to rally, and to keep score. We will rotate doubles partners. We play in a positive, fun manner. Sportsmanship is more important than points. Enforce rules in a positive and learning manner. If you're unsure of a rule ask the other more experienced players.

Please bring your own paddle (ABC provides the balls and has some paddles available), lots of water, **indoor white soled athletic shoes**, and suitable clothing. Change rooms and washrooms are available.

Anything But Couches (ABC) is a non profit meetup group. Hosts and organizers are not coaches, trainers or certified. We are volunteers, players or participants organizing events.

By signing up as a member of the ABC group and attending any events hosted by ABC, I agree that I am doing this voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. I accept that the activity can be dangerous and fully assume all risks associated with such participation, that I am responsible for my own safety while participating in this activity. This includes travel to and from all events hosted by ABC.

I acknowledge and fully understand that by signing up for the meetup event and participating, I am freely assuming all risks and provide a full release of liability and are expressly agreeing to release and discharge the ORGANIZERS, ANYTHING BUT COUCHES GROUP, OTHER PARTICIPANTS, and, all facility owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the event from any and all claims or actions that might stem from my voluntary participation in this meetup group

ABC is an all-adult league; therefore, all participants of ABC must be of the age of 18 or older. ID’s will be required. Participants will be discouraged from bringing spectators. The indoor gyms and tennis courts are a confined spaces where balls, objects, and players will be moving quickly and unpredictably. If participants choose to bring underage persons or spectators, it will be done at the participants own risk and will assume all liabilities and consequences related to all minors and spectators.
